The Goonj Urban Fellowship was launched to offer city youth a chance to learn about the challenges and opportunities in urban and rural India. Through a year-long program, fellows work with Goonj to develop their skills, fundraise, and collaborate on projects that make a positive impact in rural communities. The goal is to bridge the gap between urban and rural communities and support the capacity building of the next generation of leaders.
